[dns-operations] IPv6 Connectivity on Firefox

Thanks all for the explainations. I beleive knowing which API is used by
Firefox should explain this behavior. I will refer to FF team too.

BTW, I'm using the latest FF version and the OSs are Linux Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
and Windows 10.
