[dns-operations] rndc problems

And running this also got failed.

# rndc -b 127.0.0.1 -s 127.0.0.1 -p 953 reload

The log shows,

named[1099]: rejected command channel message from 116.251.xx.xx#49422

I am strange why the request is from a public IP? (my named running on a 
openvz VPS).

I am sure the key token both in rndc.conf and named.conf are right.
