[dns-operations] Python or Ruby

I can recommend dnspython or pyldns for Python, both have their quirks
but are solid overall.
If you're okay with Go, miekg/dns is good. Go isn't a scripting
language, but it comes close with its runtime (comfort-wise).
Can't say anything about Ruby.
