[dns-operations] Storm on the DNS

Hi there,

I was reading this thread with great interest and from what I saw BCP 38 is
a conclusive way to mitigate this attacks.

Recently I learned about BGP Flowspec and I would like to know and hear
from you guys if this technology wouldn't, also, be very useful on the DDoS
mitigation.
