the math from those papers covers the situation you and mark delany were
discussing. as to whether mark would continue to want to use
dns-over-http/tcp once he has read the current DPRIV drafts, i do not
know, but it doesn't matter, because the math is about the tcp sessions
that underlie both proposals, and includes an estimate of the benefit of
TCPFO's state compression.

so, i think that you and mark were arguing at cross purposes.
