Do you mean WebWHOIS ?All new gTLDs are required to have whois.nic.<TLD> for port 43 services, and it's usual for that URL to also have WebWHOIS. The tricky part is knowing who is implementing http://whois.nic.<TLD> and who is implementing https://whois.nic.<TLD>.
