They may be run by dns4.pro (just my guess), I know the guys from 
dns4.pro, a managed DNS hosting provider.

dns.watch.              500     IN      NS      ns30.dns4pro.com.
dns.watch.              500     IN      NS      ns10.dns4pro.com.
dns.watch.              500     IN      NS      ns20.dns4pro.com.
