It has been discussed on this list more than 24 h ago so it is old
news, and Twitter was right here. Expect a report by Duane Wessels at
the next OARC workshop, with great graphs :-)

Some people may wish to flush their caches. More than one day after
the registry was repaired, 1.5 % of the RIPE Atlas probes I
interrogated still have the wrong addresses (31.170.160.0/22)
