    The TLD appears to be fine (that is, it hasn't been redelegated).  Looks =
    like the registry might be having issues however -- the domain =
    referenced on the IANA page for registration information (domains.qa) =
    does not resolve (NXDOMAIN).
    
But it does by number: <http://184.106.140.247/en>
