[dns-operations] DS record problem

Hi all

I have an .eu domain with own dns server with bind 9.8.2.

I created the singed zone for that domain and now I'm stuck with the DS 
record.

Who need to make the DS record? As I understand that need to going into 
the eu. zone, where I have no access.
But the company where I bought the domain said that DS records is need 
to be in thedomain.eu. zone.

Please help me
