It appears that the servers for this domain are down:
domaincontrol.com.	172800	IN	NS	ans01.domaincontrol.com.

I'm getting <1% response rate from ans01 and ans02 on:

ans01.domaincontrol.com. 172800	IN	A	216.69.185.35
ans02.domaincontrol.com. 172800	IN	A	208.109.255.35

This is from Europe.

As a test domain, I've used ht.ly, the 'Hootsuite' URL shortener.
