[dns-operations] Upgrading 9.9.1-P3 and zone transfer is very slow

Hi all,

Today I upgraded our company DNS Servers from 9.6.1 to the 9.9.1-P3(one of them is master DNS and the other one is one of slaves) But after upgrading there was a problem with zone transfer. When we changed content of any *.dom file and do rndc-reload, almost after 1 hour later slave DNS Servers took changes. Is it known issue for 9.9.1-P3 ?
The other problem is when we tried to display content of *.dom file located DNS Server(slave) on running 9.9.1-P3, we cannot see clear content, it is unreadable but on master DNS server(9.9.1-P3) we can see clear content dom file. Is this known issue for 9.9.1-P3.

also, do you advice to work on 9.9.1-P3 or upgrade to 9.9.2 will be better for us? Because I downloaded bind 9.9.1-P3 package on http://www.sunfreeware.com but now there is only 9.9.2 bind version on the site, is there any problem 9.9.1-P3 with solaris 10.
