All the AS112 nodes answer from those addresses, but it's good that the traceroutes and digs gave you some clues about who is actually running the instance you are seeing.

From memory, the address to use to report operational problems at ISC is noc at isc.org. If that doesn't seem to work or you want direct contacts for some other reason, drop me a line off-list and I will do what I can to help.
