Good point is: it’s hard to make the dns server down

Bad point is: you have to keep the data be consistent by hand without some automated tools (do we need one for this?) . Oh, you have to do it four times!!!. The resolver may has to ask again to the authoritative server for the glue record which was not put in the additional section since the udp buffer is full.

Subject: [dns-operations] using different DNS providers together

Hello,

One of our customers has been using 4 different providers for his domain DNS:

   Domain servers in listed order:
      NS1.CLOUDWEBDNS.COM
      NS2.CLOUDWEBDNS.COM
      F1G1NS1.DNSPOD.NET
      F1G1NS2.DNSPOD.NET
      ELLE.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM
      NORM.NS.CLOUDFLARE.COM
      NS3.CLOUDWEBDNS.COM
      NS4.CLOUDWEBDNS.COM
      NS43.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
      NS44.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

It inclouds godaddy, cloudflare, dnsbed and dnspod.
Does this have any hidden problem for resolving?

Thanks.
