[dns-operations] DNSSEC validation fails for e.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa

Thanks Chris,

The new DS record for e.0.1.0.0.2.ip6.arpa  has been updated yesterday. 
We also posted an outage announcement in the APNIC website.

We had a problem on the software handling the KSK roll-over.
