[dns-operations] Rogers contact?

Does anyone have a DNS contact at Rogers?  I think I've found a v6 connectivity (or communications) problem between the recursive servers for the 3G and probably also residential cable networks and my name servers at least.. probably others... but it's hard to tell from my vantage point.  I'm hoping I can find someone on the inside to help figure out if that's right, and diagnose the problem.
