NetSol is correctly listed.  From the PIR page you reference it says 
this:


A registrar who has passed OT&E for DNSSEC will have a "Yes" indicator 
below. This does not indicate whether the registrar has enabled a 
DNSSEC service for the registrants. Please contact the registrars 
directly for their DNSSEC service.


All the PIR web page is saying is that those listed with a "yes" are 
eligible to offer DNSSEC services from .ORG's perspective.  It does not 
indicate whether or not those services are available.
