Hi,

Seeing the same from a Telstra line in Melbourne.

$ mtr -n -c 1 -r -4 l.root-servers.net |tail -5
  7.|-- 203.50.11.74               0.0%     1   44.6  44.6  44.6  44.6   0.0
  8.|-- 203.50.11.71               0.0%     1   57.9  57.9  57.9  57.9   0.0
  9.|-- 203.50.50.33               0.0%     1   54.4  54.4  54.4  54.4   0.0
 10.|-- 139.130.0.174              0.0%     1   56.6  56.6  56.6  56.6   0.0
 11.|-- 199.7.83.42                0.0%     1   54.8  54.8  54.8  54.8   0.0

$ dig -4 @l.root-servers.net . soa

So this seems to be the instance of L-root in Brisbane.

Sent this to the ICANN folks running L-root via BCC so they can look into it.

Cheers,
Wolfgang
