Please elaborate, what do you mean with "different answers"? DNSCheck is purely a "zone error checker" yes, but inconsistencies in responses should (generally, especially if SOA serial differs) give at least some kind of error or warning.

I dont think DNSCheck is the tool for you, considering what you say here, but it's always interesting to know if DNSCheck misses something. :)
