[dns-operations] Problem in Costa-Rica yesterday 14th Sep.?

I received several reports indicating a problem in .CR yesterday,
wednesday 14th september, between 1300 and 1500 UTC. Some domains
(like nic.cr, domain of the registry) apparently disappeared entirely
from the zone, at least on some authoritative name servers.

Any info? I find nothing on http://www.nic.cr/
