[dns-operations] Any surveys about EDNS0 usage?

I hope this is an ok list to post this question to. If not, does anyone
know of a more suitable list?

Has anyone seen / done any surveys about EDNS0 usage? What kind of
percentages should one typically see of EDNS0-enabled queries going to a
recursive nameserver, compared to the total number of queries received?

RFC 2671 is now > 11 years old, but how common are EDNS0 capable stub
resolvers really, in the wild?
