[dns-operations] Quick analysis of TLD SOA's

And NegTTL expire times...more than half are set to 3 hours or less.

Just a handful of domains really bloat the stats, though...

Checked 353 TLD's
Average NegTTL Time in days: 0.665676476760046

DZ: 432000 - 5 days
AZ: 391200 - 4.52777777777778 days
GB: 360000 - 4.16666666666667 days
DJ: 345600 - 4 days
PY: 345600 - 4 days
LS: 345600 - 4 days
GU: 345600 - 4 days
GE: 345600 - 4 days
GP: 345600 - 4 days
MQ: 345600 - 4 days

I only point this out for the anomaly of it all...need to satisfy my  
own curiosity.
