[dns-operations] Resolver operation an expired domain

Thanks for confirming -- glad that there is an aggressive resolving
behavior.  We can't know now why some customers had DNS resolution issues.
A recursive dig at the time would have been helpful.

Yes. The servers that don't respond should be marked as lame, and everything
should work fine,
provided the remaining server is reachable.

I don't know why this would be the case.
