[dns-operations] Testing in the xn--zckzah TLD zone

This is a courtesy notice of testing being performed in the xn--zckzah test IDN TLD zone during February 2011.

There is no expected impact on the functional operation of the DNS due to this change.

There are no actions required by DNS server operators or end users.

Work being done in the xn--zckzah zone is related to the testing of systems implementing the technical checks performed by IANA in response to a root zone change request.

During the course of testing the zone will at times be published with deliberately invalid DNSSEC signatures.
