At this moment, here is Australia I have troubles getting answers
from a.root-servers.net via IPv4, it might be related. IPv6 works
fine.

    [~] edwin at k7>telnet a.root-servers.net 53
    Trying 2001:503:ba3e::2:30...
    Connected to a.root-servers.net.
    Escape character is '^]'.
    ^]
    telnet> quit
    Connection closed.
    [~] edwin at k7>telnet -4 a.root-servers.net 53
    Trying 198.41.0.4...
    telnet: connect to address 198.41.0.4: Operation timed out
    telnet: Unable to connect to remote host

My IP addresses are on the subnets 150.101.113.x and
fe80::20f:eaff:fe2c:xxxx, in case somebody needs this for
troubleshooting.
