Why does that matter? You've nowise explained.
Someone who doesn't have v6 transit shouldn't try to contact the
v6-only servers at all, period. They look up the name, see no v4
address, and don't try to contact it. No issue.
Someone who has broken v6 transit will experience the same behaviour
regardless of whether some server has both v4 and v6 addresses or has
only v6 addresses. If you think you have v6 transit, you normally use
it, and indeed normally prefer it. So you'll try the v6 addresses
first, and discover they don't work for you.
Similar remarks have been made more than once in this thread. You
have not provided any argument why they're wrong.
