I agree with the general consensus that SixXs and HE are good, and there 
certainly may be other capable tunnel providers.  I have a Hurricane 
Electric tunnel, but I also use a manually-configured tunnel to the UCB 
campus, and that works just fine.  (This is from a home Comcast link, 
and Comcast will soon be offering IPv6 to US customers.)

And just for completeness's sake: I use an old Mac Mini that a friend 
gave me, now running a current version of OpenBSD as my home router.  It 
handles the v6 tunnelling and routing.  On it I also run a validating 
version of unbound and on my home workstation I run a validating version 
of BIND.  So I have DNSSEC and IPv6, and it's all pretty much of a cinch 
to implement.
