[dns-operations] Missing .us and GTLD records??

So if somebody has a misconfigured system, nobody is allowed to publish
IPv6 records?  They will have other problems anyway if they have
misconfigured their networking; the answer is to fix the system.

IIRC doesn't BIND keep track of failures and not re-use them as often
anyway?
