The first article is quite poor, technically speaking. The paper I
prefer about DNS tampering in China is "The Great DNS Wall of China"
by Graham Lowe, Patrick Winters and Michael L. Marcus. They managed to
find out and test systematically many open DNS resolvers in China to
see the extend of the censorship.
