2001:500:2f::f vs 2001:500:2F::F is trivial for most text processing
tools to deal with (grep -i, vi's set ignorecase, perl's //i).  What
is hard to deal with is 2001:500:2f::f vs 2001:500:2f:0:0:0:0:f vs
2001:0500:002f:0000:0000:0000:0000:000f vs
2001:0500:002f:0000:0000:0000:0.0.0.15.
