	Or, we may see more software vendors that simply enable +CD in their
	applications to avoid pesky DNSSEC mucking about  with their god-given
	right to do business their way.  Or even modify
	HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Services\DNS\Parameters
	system wide.
