According to draft-icann-dnssec-trust-anchor.txt Section 5, an OpenPGP keyring will be made available for validating trust anchor documents. The link it provides http://data.iana.org/root-anchors/icann.pgp does not yield said document. Might anyone know when/if it will be published? Thanks! Tom Creighton
