[dns-operations] Introducing

Hi All, My name is Galih Nugraha, i'm one of ITB network administrator 
who handle service and network infrastructure, we have four dns server 
name ns1,ns2,ns3 and ns4, one dns server act as the external resolver 
who answer dns query from external dns client, the other one act as 
internal resolver who answer dns query from internal dns client, the 
third act as the dns backup server and the last one act as the dns 
caching system.
