[dns-operations] New subscribers

Hello,

I'm John Horne, I maintain the central DNS name servers for the
University of Plymouth. We have about 30 or so zones, mostly extremely
small. Our next main DNS step will probably be implementing DNSSEC.
Mainly a lurker here just to see what is going on and who is doing what.
