[dns-operations] New subscribers

Hello,

	i've dabbled in DNS for a while,  not always finding what I need in third party
code, I tend to tweek others code (want A6 and BITSTRINGs thankyouverymuch) as well as
write my own (DISCOVER and the original UNBOUND construct).  Manage a few servers, master
a few zones, slave a few others.  Participated in OARC for a while, doesn't meet my needs
these days.  Trying to untangle relationships w/ PREDICT so that OARC particpation might 
be more active in future.
