[dns-operations] McAfee contacts? Nameserver emitting CLASS0 SOA responses, crashes 'dig', makes PowerDNS log odd errors

'hose' is a big word for PowerDNS, it generates an error message. 

Erroneous situations should generally lead to error messages, and we tune
the messages so that they are normally rare. When the internet changes and a
rare condition becomes frequent, this can lead to too much log traffic.
