Not offhand.  But since both approaches are clearly conforming, I
think we'd be unwise to conclude that only one of them is what we need
to consider when evaluating operational effects, especially when some
of the most widely-deployed operating systems' vendors haven't made
any announcements about what they might do if they offer validation
out at the end points.  It's early days yet.

No, but there might be an advantage to a particular code base,
depending on how it was already constructed.  (I don't know.)
