[dns-operations] HSBC name servers case sensitive

HSBC name servers seem to be case sensitive

dig www.hsbc.com @PHPRDGSS01.hsbc.com +norecurse

succeeds. But

dig www.Hsbc.com @PHPRDGSS01.hsbc.com +norecurse

or any other case variation fails.

Which is bad news for anyone trying 0x20.

I'll probably try to contact them in due course, although being one of the world's
largest companies I suspect it will be difficult, but has anyone else noticed this?
