[dns-operations] .ORG is now in the ITAR

Colleagues,

As of yesterday the trust anchor for .ORG is present in the IANA  
Interim Trust Anchor Repository.

https://itar.iana.org/

We expect that trust anchor to be imported into ISC's DLV in about  
another week or so.

So far we have secured the following delegations: sanxion.org,  
automagic.org, bondis.org. More will be added soon.
