What this conveys to me is that the SSAC statement on how DNS ought 
to be operated is not in line with the consensus of DNS operators - 
granted a non-scientific sampling of DNS operators, as constituted by 
this list.

As with IPv6, the problem with the deployment of frictionless surfaces is
