[dns-operations] Intermittent problem with a0.org.afilias-nst.info?

I'm seeing an intermittent problem when I query
a0.org.afilias-nst.info for various .org domains.

For example, a correct return looks like this:

I'm wondering if other people are seeing this problem, or if anyone
can give me advice on how to further troubleshoot this issue.
