[dns-operations] Call For Presentations: DNS Risk Technical Operations Meeting

OARC is sponsoring a "Technical Operations Meeting" next month in
Atlanta, Georgia in conjunction with a DNS Risks Symposium being
held by ICANN and Georgia Tech.  We are looking for folks to give
relevant technical presenations.
