[dns-operations] Lots of queries for TXT records?

Fortunately this behaviour doesn't seem to be particularly widespread.

When we tested 24 units for SAC035 we only found (AFAICR) one unit which 
responded to DNS requests on the WAN port by default.  We didn't test any 
Zoom units, though.
