In contrast, what's the story on PR? Signed for years now, and has
a DS record in the IANA testbed signed root at ns.iana.org, but is
not in the ITAR nor (presumably as a consequence) in dlv.isc.org.
(I sent a query to SOA.rname("PR") = tech at nic.pr about that, but
didn't get a response.)
