just curious, how many of the nodes everyone's monitored are residential 
  CPEs/gateways, i.e. ADSL router with a resolver?

If you take these into account, that might be a large quantity of 
spotted nodes.

Like said, just being curious here.
Wondering if someone has taken those nodes into account and if CPE 
vendors are taking these into account.
