The Conclusions of Law state that in items 1,2,3. 

Basically say you shouldn't attempt a zone transfer except when explicitly 
authorised.

It isn't law, but it will form the basis of common law unless challenged.

I agree with Paul, that this information is public, and that one should take 
action not to publish such information in the globally visible DNS if you 
don't want it read by others.

The problem with offering support is that there is clearly more history here 
that is presented in the short article.
