[dns-operations] caches only resetting TTL? was Re: Where to find "DNS resolution path corruption"?

	There are lots of other misconfigurations beyound continuing
	to serve old zone content.  This is just symtomatic of the
	lack of care there is in DNS administation.  It's amazing
	at times that you can get answers out of the messes there
	are out there.
