It is a good idea to PGP-sign such announcements but it seems the
signature is broken on arrival (probably because you did not use
PGP/MIME and a stupid MTA here converted it: "X-MIME-Autoconverted:
from base64 to 8bit by maya40.nic.fr id mBCEwH1t716209").
