[dns-operations] Next OARC DNS Research and Operations Workshop, Los Angeles 2nd/3rd November

I'm pleased to announce the next OARC DNS Research and Operations
Workshop will take place in Los Angeles on PM Fri 2nd and Sat 3rd
November. ICANN have kindly offered to host this at the same venue
immediately after the next ICANN meeting.

This workshop continues with the OARC practice of having fall/autumn
meetings include a research component, working jointly with CAIDA, and
presentations from researchers and on research topics will be
particularly welcome. Other subjects to be be covered will include DSC
and DLV, in addition to topical operational talks and a OARC member-only
session.
