[dns-operations] OT: Bad Redirect: isc.org/sw/bind

Anyone else having problems accessing isc.org/sw/bind this morning?

Firefox reports a Bad Redirect Error.    Lynx as well.

$ lynx --dump http://www.isc.org/sw/bind/
